Sven Hartnigk has nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. His professional career at Porsche and Mercedes-Benz includes vehicle development, technical development, testing, and quality management.
A particular area of expertise is Side-Shaft and Prop-Shaft systems. He has extensive experience in their development, technical assessment, validation and optimisation. His expertise also includes FMEA, VDA 6.3 audits, root cause analysis and the assessment of quality and development processes.
Through his work on highly complex vehicle projects, he has gained extensive practical experience not only of technical interdependencies, but also of the demands of international and interdisciplinary development environments.
In addition to his engineering background, Sven Hartnigk has completed professional coaching training. At Mercedes-Benz, he worked as an internal coach and trainer in leadership development. This combination of technical depth, methodological expertise and coaching experience shapes his work at 8 come today.

As a communications specialist, Jana Hartnigk has many years of experience in corporate communications, media, politics and public administration. Her professional background includes the Südwestrundfunk broadcasting corporation, Daimler, the CDU parliamentary group in the Baden-Württemberg State Parliament, as well as the Baden-Württemberg ministries responsible for economic affairs and housing.
Her involvement in politics began at an early age. This has given her first-hand insight into political decision-making processes, institutional structures and differing stakeholder interests. Over many years, she has also built an extensive network connecting people across business, politics, institutions and a wide range of professional fields.
She brings this experience particularly to Business Consulting and Public Affairs. Her work includes structuring complex business and technical issues, sharpening positioning and connecting the relevant people and organisations.
Jana Hartnigk also has many years of coaching experience and experience with systemic methods. Her understanding of different perspectives, communication and interpersonal dynamics informs her work with both individuals and teams.
