Sven Hartnigk has nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. His professional career at Porsche and Mercedes-Benz includes vehicle development, technical development, testing, and quality management.
A particular technical focus lies in the area of side-shafts and prop-shafts. Here, he has many years of experience in development, technical assessment, validation, and optimization. Furthermore, FMEA, audits according to VDA 6.3, root cause analysis, and the evaluation of quality and development processes are among his areas of expertise.
Through his work on highly complex vehicle projects, he is familiar with both technical interrelationships and the requirements of international and interdisciplinary development structures from practical experience.
In addition to his technical activities, Sven Hartnigk has a solid background in coaching. At Mercedes-Benz, he served as an internal coach and trainer in executive development. This combination of technical depth, methodological competence, and coaching experience characterizes his work at 8COME today.

As a communication scientist, Jana Hartnigk has many years of experience in corporate communications, media, politics, and public administration. Her professional career includes positions at Südwestrundfunk, Daimler, the CDU state parliamentary group of Baden-Württemberg, as well as the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Construction of Baden-Württemberg.
Her political involvement dates back to her youth. As a result, she knows political decision-making processes, institutional structures, and diverse interests from her own experience. Over many years, she has also built a wide-ranging network that connects people from business, politics, institutions, and various professional fields.
She brings this knowledge particularly to Business Consulting and Public Affairs. She structures complex economic and technical topics, sharpens positioning, and establishes relevant connections in a targeted manner.
Furthermore, Jana Hartnigk has many years of coaching experience and experience with systemic methods. Her eye for perspectives, communication, and interpersonal dynamics is integrated into her work with individuals and teams.
